Refund policy

Within 30 days of purchase, merchandise (with tags and/or in original packaging) can be exchanged or refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase. *

RETURNS:

Please put items into a bag labeled with your name and enclose the receipt and/or a note. Your son/you can drop the bag off to the main office or to the bench just inside the front door of the Founder's House. You will automatically receive a receipt via email once the return is processed.

EXCHANGES: 

Please place the item(s) to be exchanged into a bag labeled with your name and enclose a note explaining the exchange. Your son/you can drop off to the main office or to the bench just inside the front door of Founder's House. If you need the new item(s) quickly, place a new order and then follow the return instructions above.

If you have placed an order for pickup in Founder's House, but have not picked it up, please email bookstore@materdeischool.net and explain the exchange. You will automatically receive a receipt via email once the exchange is processed.

You are welcome to call or email to arrange to stop by to make the exchange in person, but please note that there is not a staffed bookstore and items are not pulled out of storage until they are purchased.
